Randall is a founding member of Imai Keller Moore Architects. They are an architecture and urban design office of eight architects and designers offering a full range of services from the initial planning of a project through its design and construction. The firm was established in 1988. The principals of the firm, Randall Imai, Jon Keller and Karen Moore, have a history of working collaboratively and bring that cooperative work style to each of the projects in the office. Projects for which they have been cited for design excellence include the Providence Childrens Museum, the competition for redesigning Boston's City Hall Plaza, the Urban Poetry Competition in Cincinnati, Ohio, and the Neighborhoods of Mashpee Commons on Cape Cod. The partners are charter members of the Congress for the New Urbanism. Imai Keller Moore holds professional registration in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont and NCARB.
