The New Urban Guild is in the process of assembling a collection of house plans designed for Traditional Neighborhood Developments (TNDs.) These are places designed according to the principles of the New Urbanism; they are compact, contain a mix of uses, and are walkable. If you would like to submit plans to the Guild’s Plan Jury for consideration, please email the following information to plans@newurbanguild.com:
1.A single pdf or jpg file containing floor plans of each level.
2.A pdf or jpg containing the front elevation or rendering.
